This privacy policy applies to the 5five app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Fluxware (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application is designed to collect as little data as possible. The following explains what information is processed, where it is stored, and when it leaves your device.
The Application tracks which items you have already seen within each daily feed. This seen-state is stored locally on your device using the device's standard local storage (SharedPreferences on Android / NSUserDefaults on iOS). It consists only of anonymous item identifiers and the current date. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
The Application fetches curated daily content (news, videos, memes, reads, and other categories) from a Fluxware-operated server (n8n.fluxware.org). This is a standard outgoing HTTP request — no personal information about you is included in or collected through this request. The server only serves content data and does not log identifiable information about users.
The Application includes a voluntary "I wish the app would also…" feature. If you choose to use it, the text you type is sent to the Service Provider via the Telegram Bot API. Submitting a wish is entirely opt-in. The message contains only the text you write — no device identifiers, name, or other personal information is attached automatically. You should not include personal data in your wish message.

The feature wish submission is entirely opt-in and voluntary — you can simply choose not to use it.
You can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it. All locally stored seen-state data will be removed when the Application is uninstalled.
Seen-state data is stored locally on your device and is automatically reset each day. It remains on your device until you uninstall the Application.
Feature wish messages sent via Telegram are retained by the Service Provider for product development purposes. If you would like a specific message deleted, please contact the Service Provider at fluxwaredev@gmail.com.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at fluxwaredev@gmail.com so that the necessary actions can be taken.
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding your information. Seen-state data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted. Feature wish messages are sent over HTTPS. The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect submitted messages from unauthorized access.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of those changes.
